As a business consultant, I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve greater clarity through professional and organizational development.

Sharon established Get Clarity to help individuals and organizations align natural human behavior with effective business performance. Whether through workshops and retreats or consulting projects, Sharon helps clients ensure that human nature isn’t suppressed but acknowledged and leveraged as a strength. - designed and facilitated business education workshops and retreats, strategic planning sessions, focus groups, customer and employee surveys, and a menu of organizational assessments for nonprofit and for-profit organizations
- worked with hundreds of organizations and their CEOs, leadership teams, staff members, boards of directors, community leaders, and key stakeholders across the country
- first-hand knowledge and experience in providing clarity to the work at hand, both individually and organizationally
- a unique ability to align people and strengthen organizations so both can level up
Sharon is also a committed community member who is, or has been, engaged throughout her career with organizations such as United Way of Berks County, Humane PA (Berks and Lancaster County Animal Shelters), The Highlands at Wyomissing, Berks Community Health Center, Alvernia University, Penn Corridor Initiative, and Family Guidance Counseling Center.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Organizational Behavior, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Get Clarity is the new chapter and company name for what was formerly known as Tweed-Weber, Inc., and later Tweed-Weber-Danks (TWD), originally founded in 1991. The company experienced the loss of one of its original founders, Al Weber, in November 2024. Al was an ever-present force in the Berks County community, as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He helped countless organizations develop their strategic plans over 33 years at the company and provided an array of leadership and management consulting services for 15 years prior to TWD. Al was simply the best. Every client became a friend, and he cared deeply about the success of each organization he served. While Al’s knowledge, passion for his work, humor, and unwavering optimism are profoundly missed, his spirit and legacy live on in the work of Get Clarity.
